Launch Financial Reports Dashboard📋 Overview
The Financial Reports component acts as your automated local bookkeeper. It reads your database tables to compile structured accounting summaries for auditing, financing, or tax preparation needs.
⚙️ Export a Financial Statement
Open the reporting console. Select your required layout format (e.g., Profit & Loss, Invoice Registry, Timesheet Ledger). Set date filters or isolate data to specific clients and projects. Click "Generate Report View", then "Export PDF" or "Download CSV" to save locally.
🔗 System Interrelationships
This reporting module functions as an aggregator that loops through your database. It crawls entries across Invoicing & Billing, Timesheet & Log, and Business Entity Setup to format your information into structured, exportable summaries. This makes it easy to hand clean, accurate data directly to your accountant during BAS or annual filing cycles.
