Launch Deliverables & Tasks Dashboard📋 Overview
The Deliverables & Tasks module allows contractors to segment a project into specific milestones. This framework supports both standard Time & Materials tracking and flat-fee Fixed Price milestone invoicing.
➕ Create a Deliverable
Open your target parent Project and locate the Milestone/Deliverables section. Click "Add Deliverable". Name the milestone, select the matching Billing Type. If configuring a flat-fee structure, input the fixed dollar value. Click Save.
✏️ Edit & 🗑️ Delete
Edit: Adjust milestone names, flip statuses from In Progress to Completed, or modify values before invoicing occurs. Delete: Blocked if timesheets have logged hours against this deliverable or if an invoice has already been framed around its completion.

🔗 System Interrelationships
This module alters how the invoicing engine handles data extraction. For a Fixed Price deliverable, Rake bypasses hourly timesheet aggregation entirely — instead extracting the exact Milestone Value directly onto the invoice as a single contract line item.
