Launch Billing & License Dashboard📋 Overview
The Billing & License module manages your software subscription status, unlocking advanced financial and tax planning tools based on your active license tier.
⚙️ Manage Your Subscription
View your current tier limits and active status on the license dashboard. To unlock advanced features, click "Upgrade to Pro" to open a secure Stripe checkout panel. Paste your issued license key into the validation field and click "Activate Key" to verify your access credentials.
📑 Field Definitions
License Status Tier: Tracks whether your workspace is running on Free, Pro, or Enterprise. Subscription Key: Unique alphanumeric activation key that unlocks premium feature access.
🔗 System Interrelationships
This license verification system controls access across the platform. While the Free tier lets you manage clients and log hours, it caps total invoice generation. Upgrading to Pro unlocks advanced financial tools including Tax Planning, PSI Extraction Scenarios, and automated Dividend Resolutions.
